Sub, amp & cabling on a budget of £140, which shall I get?

Oh dear, I can't beleive it. I do Maths and I didn't notice the m^2 which is area and not volume. 
Just to exlain what VAS is - it wont tell you anything about performance, it simply helps you to understand the suspension compliance. It is the enclosed volume of air that has the same compliance as the woofer suspension. I.e what they say you need to make a sub work effectively.
