Well today is the last day of the flab furnace workout. I've been doing it now for a while and need a change. Decided to move back to heavier lifting again and let the newly found ease of eating/diet, sort out the remaining fat. I managed to get down to 13 stone 6 which is exactly 1 stone lost in weight since Christmas. Happy enough with that.
Monday I start working on a new system of german volume training. This will give me the workout I need to break through the plateau.
It's similar to what I was doing in my first few posts here in this thread, with no breaks inbetween sets, but the new one has less reps and a bit more heavy weight behind it.
