Subnautica Below Zero Early Access - Live Streaming 30th January

Been really looking forward to this. Absolutely loved Subnautica, probably the best game I played last year (I was late to the party :p) and was really pleased to see a new game on the way.

Will try and watch the stream to see what's happening.
 
Missted the stream but installing now! Seriously can't wait to get ingame.

Edit: Built me a sea glider so far but I'm scared to venture further out. :o

God I love subnautica, not finished it yet but have been taking it in turns with my girlfriend and is one of the most visually beautiful games I ever played to date, i really can't wait for the full release of below zero.

It will be a while before this one is complete, so I would say pick up the first one, which is content complete, and by the time youve finished with that this one will be ready
 
Bought the first Subnautica when it was in early access too, and played it to death. Seriously one of the best games i have ever played.

Been playing Below Zero tonight and its very exciting. Cant wait for full release. in a year or whenever that maybe.
 
Finished what is fleshed out of the story in 2hrs. Built up a small base above what I think is the twisty bridges and called it quits for now. No idea if there are any vehicles yet or how large the landmass is so I'll explore tomorrow once I gather more resources.

Some of the new ambient sounds are a bit startling (in a good sense) and made me jump on quite a few occassions! I think the recipes have changed but I can't be too sure. Performance is a bit flaky as expected, it runs smoothly and then you have the odd frame rate crash in places.
