Subnautica free!

I’m glad they gave this away as I would never have tried it otherwise. Spent about four hours on it tonight, got hooked. Even though I haven’t got a clue what I am doing. I’m still pottering about in my escape capsule which obviously can’t be right as there are blueprints for all kinds of buildings and equipment.
 
i would have liked to give this a go but after being told numerous times when signing up to the launcher that i kept getting 'the display name is already in use' nonsense i gave up! PEBKAC lol
 
Think I’m probably going to buy this on Steam. I’m enjoying it a lot so don’t mind paying for it. Plus I miss the cloud saving on Steam.
 
Bumping this thread since it is the last day the game is being given away for free on Epic Games. incase anyone missed it and wanting ti game ? :p
 
So after today they give away a different game on Epic Games yes? Anyone heard anything about what game it might be?
