Subscription download sites- which is best?

I'm getting sick of having to wait for queue and having slow downloads, especially with the massive patches we get nowadays.

Which is the best subscription download site (cheapest, fastest, most downlaods etc.)?

Not a subcription service but have you tried Gamershell ?

Always seems to be quite a few quick mirrors on there without any waiting or paying.
