haha yeah - it's all mechanically reclaimed pork and beef, at least it was when I was there. Best (least dodgy) thing you can get from there is Veggie delite and Veggie Max (and I'm really not only saying that because I'm vegetarian). You should see the state of some of the turkey slices that are "fine to serve"

Think I worked it out but if you have a foot long Subway: Italian BMT with extra cheese, extra bacon and toasted it works out to be something like £7..!!

That's a whole lot of cash for basically a meat and cheese salad sandwich...

I agree - the bread is too sweet, and the tomato is always tasteless... You can make a much better sub yourself, and a whole lot better for you I would wager..

I'd rather go to "baggette express", it's a little local shop here and does fresh carvery meats in baguettes and all that, about the same price as subway and tonnes better! The gravy they put in for free (if you ask) is to die for!
