My Geil C4 RAM was able to get up to 950mhz. Didn't try pushing it further. Thats with 2.17V

If you want to overclock it further seeing as you have the new cooler then I would do the following.
Set CPU vcore to 1.4
Set RAM Divider to 1:1
Set FSB to 350
This should give you 3.15Ghz on your core to start off with. From that point keep raising your FSB until you either start failing the test or get it to 400.
At 400FSB you'll have a cpu of 3.6Ghz and memory of 800mhz (their stock speed). If that passes all tests and remains under 60C throughout then you could even try going faster but I would keep the temps below 65C. To get all the way to 400FSB you might need to bump your your NB voltage a bit and your CPU vcore might have to go up a bit too. I'm not sure what the default settings for NB is. Find out what it is by default and put it a notch above that.
