Hi,

I am experiencing a strange startup problem. Whenever I try to start my PC, I get a message of "No boot device found...Please isert a boot device". The strange thing is that if I have the windows dvd inside the pc the problem doesn't aqppear!! I tried repairing the bcd with bootfix and bootrec and also with BCDedit but nothing changed. any other ideas?

Unplug the two non OS HDDs and boot from the CD and choose to repair the installation. once it's stable again, plug the other HDDs in. I had this and Windows 7 kept pushing a system partition to one of the other drives and just randomly one day it would stop booting with the same error you have

I will try that today
