Sudden Graphics Issue

Just loaded up Dirt 4 and after Dirt Rally and noticed my graphics have taken a hit. The ingame menus seem blury and jumpy almost buzzing is the only way I can describe it.

I am opening via Stream and on an 15 6600k and a GTX980.

The only things I have changed since I last played a few nights ago is my computer did some sort of update that game my paint 3d and I did use Steam VR for the first time but I have not changed any settings anywhere and checked the ingame settings and they are as they were.

Any help aapreciated.
 
Another thing that I have just notices is in the system bar tray the icons look a bit blurry and not as sharp as they usually would. Everything else like web etc seems fine
 
have you changed the in game graphics settings? make the resolution the same as your monitors in game.

Do other games look fine?
