· Internal Memory: Corsair 8GB (4x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz/PC3-12800 XMS3
· GPU: Asus GTX 550 Ti 1GB GDDR5 VGA DVI HDMI PCI-E Graphics Card
· Boot Drive: OCZ 120GB Vertex 2E SSD 2.5" SATA-II Read = 285MB/s, Write = 275MB/s 50,000 IOPS
· Storage Drive: 2 x WD 1TB 3.5" SATA-III 6Gb/s Caviar Black Hard Drive - 7200rpm 64MB Cache
· Drive: LG BH10LS30 10x BD-RE with DVD±RW SATA Blu-Ray Drive
· Case: Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl Case
· Power Supply: Be Quiet 530W Pure Power PSU
· CPU Fan: Zalman CNPS10X QUIET Ultra-Quiet CPU Cooler

Computer was running fine no problem then I changed the boot order priority and now the motherboard red VGA light is turning on stopping the computer from posting? Is the Be Quiet 530w sufficient to power this computer since I have a feeling that it's underpowered causing the problem?

Could there be any chance that the GPU is dead?

surely it would post beep?

I'm surprised nobodies mentioned any attempts to get it to POST. It's the most basic step of hardware fault finding:

Remove everything from the system which isn't necessary and see if it'll POST. IE. You want the CPU, PSU, one stick of RAM, and the Graphics Card plugged in and that's it. If it POSTS then plug things in one-at-time (leaving the boot HDD until last) and turn it on until you find the weak link.

If it still won't POST then swap the ram for another stick. If that won't work then try it with no ram; it should beep. If it doesn't beep then put the ram in and remove the graphics card. Again it should beep. If it won't beep through all of that then it's the MOBO, PSU or CPU; in that order. However, the PSU's the next easiest one to test, so swap that out to test first. You can figure out how to test the rest.

If it does POST successfully at any of these stages then you should have figured out what item is at fault and replace as necessary.

Your system should be fine with that PSU. Sandybridge uses less power than other platforms, and your GPU isn't the most demanding card either.

If you boot it without a graphics card do you still get the VGA POST error? I assume you've done this:
