sugar addiction

See this is why OC is great I was thinking more of a crazy junkie eating sugar bags on the corner of a street somewhere(bag of sugar one hand .....dirty spoon in the other) because of the word addiction.

Buts because of the more well informed people here I can see why its a real problem for some people. I might have a go out cutting out as much sugar as possible. Its shame that sugar is included in such a large amount of foods and drinks though.

I gave myself the mindset that overly fatty and sugary foods were bad for me, to the extent they made me feel sick and tired.

Sugar for me doesn't make me feel good. At all, and it makes me very tired. I have 2 teaspoons in my tea, bit on cereal, but that's it. Maybe thats a condition, maybe my body has a bad reaction to it?

A little bit of recreational use to wind down on the weekend or at a party in a safe environment is fine. As long as your responsible, know your limits and don't let it start effecting your work or family life, sugar is not a dangerous substance.
