Right i have a client who would like to do mail merges on a common contacts list.
At the moment they are using outlook 2007 and a public contact list to create the mail merges.
The problem is that the number of clicks required to selet a template and merge the contacts are crazy and most the employees are not that IT savvy.
So im after either a nice solution using outlook orrrr a package that will do the required task.
Any suggestions?
