I've got a pastryless prawn quiche in the oven just now. Never made it before but I'll let you know how it turns out!
I know you're choosing something else but I'll report back anyway.
Quiche was very nice and very simple. The consistency was a little less quiche like than I had hoped. I don't think prawns were ideal to be honest. Next time I'll try something that can bind with the mixture more, like tuna or mackerel.
