Suggest Something Different With Prawns

I've got a pastryless prawn quiche in the oven just now. Never made it before but I'll let you know how it turns out!

I know you're choosing something else but I'll report back anyway.

Quiche was very nice and very simple. The consistency was a little less quiche like than I had hoped. I don't think prawns were ideal to be honest. Next time I'll try something that can bind with the mixture more, like tuna or mackerel.
 
However you cook them, make sure you get them raw with the shell on (or half shell on).
