Suggestion for the forums

Hi,

I wasn't sure if there was a particular place I should post this but I just have a suggestion.

Perhaps OcUK could create a area to discuss periphals such as keyboards, mouses, speakers, webcams etc.

I notice a lot of people ask keyboard/mouse questions in the general hardware area so it would be nice if they had a specific place to ask and discuss this.

Maybe a suggestion for forums area too :D

every week there is a thread asking which mouse to buy, the answers always the same- MX518
 
speakers come under sound city no?

As far as mouse/keyboard/webcam goes, GH serves. Maybe a sticky as suggested above though to stifle repetitive threads :o
 
G11 is an awful piece of carp !
Massive...takes up too much space.
Ugly, designed by the same person who invented the house brick.
Poorly illumunated, to the point that some keys you can't see.
Poorly layed out to the point that if you use left Ctrl key for anything you have to think again and use another key as it is almost impossible to locate it in the heat of battle.

Poor rubber locating stubs, mean the keyboard moves as soon as you look at it

Flimsy feet, snap as soon as dust settles on it.

I threw mine out today....to be fair it took a few bashings against the brick wall to smash, so perhaps one star for build quality.
 
i love my microsoft wireless entertainment 8000 keyboard and mouse set, the curve design isnt to everyones tastes but it does everything i need it to do and is able to be preprogrammed as well
