Suggestions for new HDD

So here's the story. Our house is having work done on it. yay!!

Which is resulting in out power being turned off everyday at some point but i don't know when until Boom they turn it off. I have asked them to tell me about 5 minutes before so I can shut-down PC but they have ignored me. Anyway Just now they second cut out happened and now my HDD is making a funny clicking noise. So... I need a new one. I wanna pay about £30, I have looked on site and found these two;

and cant see any difference, but does anyone know of any better ones or same quality but cheaper because I cant find any =D

I bought a barracuda but sent it back as it was noisy - the WD one would be my choice out of the two.

I had a 1tb Hitachi drive from the rainforest for £37 though and it's silent.

price proformance cant be beat.
I have 6 1 tb and couldent be more pleased.
You can pick em up for around £35 to £40.
