suitability of OCing a prebuilt rig

I got a pre built rig from another supplier, see my specs for the info.

how good..or bad...are pre built rigs for OCing?

2.83 isn't great tbh and I was looking to maybe push it to 3.2 or so...or even more but 3.2 would be fine for me

anyone else got any comments on pre built rigs?
