Suitable for Raid 0?

Those disks will work fine in RAID0 if the board they're connected to supports RAID on PATA drives which isn't that common now. For example the P5N32 in your sig doesn't, you need to use SATA drives for RAID on that board.

To create the RAID array you need to set the appropriate parameters in the BIOS and then create the array in the separate RAID BIOS. It should be noted that this will wipe the content of the drives hence it means backing everything up and reinstalling windows.
