Hey folks,

A friend of mine is looking to put together a PC. We have already selected most components, but are looking for some advise on a suitable good motherboard, as it's seems to be a bit of a grey area! Been considering this:
www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-234-MS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=2574 Anyone used this?

He wants the possibility to use SLI in the future, and for it to have a few USB 3.0 ports on it.

Current components:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (1150)
GPU: Nvidia 770 (x2 in the future)

Thanks in advance

Z97 is a newer chipset, so that is what you/he will want.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-SOC Force Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard **Overclockers UK Exclusive** £169.99
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H-BK Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £129.95
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 7 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £127.99
1 x Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5 Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard £109.99
Total : £547.52 (includes shipping : £8.00).

These all support SLI.

The Gaming 5 comes with a free £40+ keyboard.

Both Gaming boards come with a 4 year warranty if you register them.

The Black Edition is 5 years if you register it.

The SOC Force is the best clocking board.
