Doing all that drilling, i think i'd have bought a cordless drill.

Agreed re: the drill (hindsight and all that)... tried to budget and already had a drill but would have saved me some grief doing the higher level stuff.
After knocking down the old shed it took 2 solid weeks over the Summer to lay concrete base, build the shed and install the insulation. Have done the osb internal walls and floor during odd days off over the Winter. Electrics installed by a professional (won’t touch those) and now I’m just beading and sealing the inside and putting the last few carpet tiles on the walls.

I was about to question you're style sense when i read carpet tiles on the wall, but then i remembered it's a home studio!
