I'm making pork belly with crackling, I've rubbed a mix of sage, salt and pepper onto it and it's been in the oven for 2 hours now on a bed of onions, smells divine. Got about an hour to go before I put it under the grill to crackle up.
Doing it with roasties, yorkshires, stuffing, peas, carrot & swede, and broccoli. Yum! Can't wait!
