Sundays Dinner

I cooked a roast after work today. Silverside was on offer in the coop. I think making the gravy is the best bit abd makes or breaks a roast.

I used what i had in the fridge left over. Onions, garlic thyme, celery, challotes and some beef stock.

Left it all in the oven whilst i went to football.

Jersey royals with lurpak, carrots, yorkshire puds. Easy.
 
just polished off he last of the beef for lunch sandwiches :(

Silverside is nice, but i don't like the way the supermarkets make it out to be a great roasting joint, when there are better joints out there, for a similar price.
