Supcom crash...

Just got supreme commander, first thing i did was play against the AI 2v2 on setons clutch. Ran fine, nothing wrong. Then went multiplayer and played the same map, and it crashed. Tried it again and it crashed again.

Played a smaller map and it was fine, but then i went back to single player and played an 81x81 map and its crashed again. It always crashes around 20 minutes into a game.

Anyone else got this problem and know how to fix it? Ive tried a fix posted up on the tech forums allowing you to allocate more ram to supcom, but it didnt work.

sorry to horde a topic , i've just reinstalled sup com , but since beta , and version 1 (on DVD) the patches are confusing the hell of out me! can anyone direct further?
 
Hmmmm well jus had a look at my settings and they already had aa of... i just lowered everything a bit, but it all seems to low for my spec.

well gpg automatically updates the game for you when you log on... doesnt it?
 
^ yeh it does, but i've forgotten ma account name :E as ive not played it since it came out ...silly me :D
 
Well unfortunatly turning the settings down didnt work either. very random crashes... they sometimes come 2 minutes in, right in the middle of the game or towards the end. So i give up, ill wait untill they release a fix.

Lol already given up and only got the game 2 days ago!

Is your machine stable in other games?
