Will post about this here been as the mainstream news is useless and hasn't picked upon this quite serious storm yet. I thought there job was to report news? Not very good at it are they though. :rolleyes:

I can say with confidence that this forecaster has never seen the likes of this

Very beautiful Image of it there

It has reached catergory 5 as well. This is could be a first for this area.

Tanker traffic into the Arabian Sea may be halted for five days or more.

This could have serious knock on affects for the rest of the world in terms of oil supply and price, will be watching how this plays out.

Imagine if the Nuclear plants etc were damaged beyond recognition by the worst cyclone in history?

That would be a god send. Iran might blame the US for huge advances in technology

I've got a mate out in Oman, just sent him a text. He says they've all been evacuated and told to take cover.

So he's getting mashed with a few hoteliers
