Not me. For a number of reasons:

1) Priced too high for the Q9450, which is the one I would go for.
2) Still using a i975x Chipset based board! Intel XBX2 for the win

3) Waiting on Nehalem before I do any further upgrades to CPU/mobo
4) New baby on the way ... in 4 weeks!

Might look at a Q9550 when they drop in price... but want to put my Q6600 in a MF2 and see what it can do first once my new bloody fans turn up

well, all good things come to an end i suppose, enjoyed problem free gaming for a few days but all of a sudden i have started getting very random IRQ_NOT_LES_THAN_EQUAL errors.

cant figure out what the problem is, nothing has been changed or added since I got the system stable no new hardware or drivers added. RAM is running unlinked at 1.8v at stock /auto speeds/timings. all other voltages are set to auto in bios.

currently running memtest, any ideas guys?

Most RAM reccommends of volts between 1.8 and 2.1, so maybe increase the RAM voltage.

yeah deff more volts to ram. see what your ram recomend and get the volate nearer *** uper limit will prob be 2.1

He's running DDR3 - so I don't think he needs any more RAM voltage unless he wants to fry something.

Memtest results - advice please

Ok guys I have ran full memtest test on my ram over 8hours here are the results can someone please advice on what i should do.

PASS = 4
Errors = 11

tst = 7
pass = 0

good = 00000000
bad = 20000000
err-bits = 200000
count = 11
chan =1

is ths test conclusive that the ram is fluffed or is it possibly mobo?

The easiest and most logical thing to do would be to test each stick one at a time.

arnt the above results conclusive that the ram is at fault and therefore should be rma'd? after all they sold as a pair and will need to be sent back as a pair. they are still with 28day of purchase! ?
