super noodles

One of my guilty pleasures (and I have quite a few) is what I call sausage special. It's basically chopped up leftover sausages, veg and a pack of noodles cooked in a tin of chopped tomatoes.
I nearly always add chilli flakes too.

Nice done in a wok, and then drain most of the juice away while they are still undercooked, and then add a couple of eggs. Instant egg fried noodles

I ate some only a few months ago and they tasted pretty damn nice! The Chicken ones are the best.

Moved this to La Cuisine as the thread is clearly of the calibre required.

I love the Cbicken ones.


Knob of butter in the noodels after the water has been strained, add the powder, mix well then add some grated cheese on the top and leave for a minute to melt in.

I've never been a fan of Super Noodles as they don't cook well at all. Koka Noodles is where it's at, at they don't cook too quickly plus they taste better and have a better texture.

if you want a good ready meal noodle, i find the micro noodles awesome with some ketchup or chilli sauce..mmmm

if im in a rush, micro noodle, chilli bbq sauce as a side dish to something (1 micro noodle does as a side dish for 2 or 3 people).

Not a fan of Super Noodles really, they'll do but that's because there's no other choice now; none of the supermarkets around here (all four of the big names) sell anything other than Super Noodles and their own brand.

Golden Wonder noodles were much better, but they appear to have been discontinued. There was another brand I used to buy with Dragon in the name, but they've long gone too. Would come with a sachet of chilli flakes in the packet.

Chicken or mild curry ones go well with birdseye chicken chargrills for a really easy and not bad snack.

Good with a southern fried chicken fillet too.

We don't have an Asda as the planners wouldn't give them permission, but we have 2 Tescos in a town you can walk from one side to the other in 30 mins.

Tiger Tiger pot noodles are the best. Once you have one you can't go back to any other pot noodles.
