Sorry, I didn't mean it to come across as personal insult as I put a :p on the end. Have just come from one meeting and until it was cancelled just now was rushing to another so was only skimming the thread to try and get the gist as I didn't have time to read a whole lot of mostly nonsensicle posting.

Damn it I'm grouchy today, I have to tell 5 staff later they are being made redundant and it depresses me :mad:
