I understand there are offers available now and then on Superchips Bluefin.

Is anyone aware of any at the moment? RRP is £455 I've found it for £405 on one website.

Thanks in advance

I don't know much about Superchips, but I've seen the name Bluefin on ebay a far bit and it looks dodgey, plus you can get cheaper/better remaps from elsewhere

You may have missed the boat with the offers for now. Prior to xmas they were 20% off, so some retailers may be able to budge on price? I've been happy with my bluefin remap on my Octavia.

The bluefin isn't an ebay dodgy. Superchips have been around for yolks - and it comes with a unit to flash/re-flash. The equivalent Revo is £599 + the cost of an SPS unit.

So anyone seen it cheaper than £405?

Ah - yea i saw some good prices on forums which made me think i can get it cheaper. Where did you go to - super chips direct?

I've heard good things about Red Dot Racing in London, they're fairly reputable on the forum I frequent

You get some people trying to sell you used bluefins on ebay, most are useless as they are car specific, so you end up paying almost full price to get it reprogramed.

Superchips have been around for a long while, they tend to do quite modest remaps that will not kill your engine, rather than the mwoar powah! ones which can.

A bluefin is a propper remap, but you can remove it when the wife/kids etc drives it.

Last time I checked for my ST bluefin unit that I still have, it was £99 to have it reprogrammed to be used on another car.
