Hi. This morning I decided to do a performance test on my windows 7 64bit using the windows app. It came up with an error saying that SuperFetch was not turned on so I fixed it and it turned on. I no it has something to do with memory but is this a big and could have slowed my PC down been off?. Not tried anything yet too early but will try a game later and see if any stuttering has stopped like I have had a lot. :)

It won't have any effect on games. It's just a means of preparing commonly used programs so they're on the fastest part of a hard drive.

It's also turned off by default on SSD's if memory serves me right - this is to prolong the life of the SSD and as SSD's are lightning fast it's not needed.
