One of the blades broke on my Zalman VF-700CU and I managed to superglue it back on....started it up outside the case and it worked fine, no blade going flying :p

The question is, is it safe to leave like that or should I buy another one to replace it?

I've ran a few fans like that with no problems.

As long as its on correctly and not making the fan unstable it should be fine

I would think its fine mate i wouldnt worry.

Just make sure you let it infuse for 24hours before use.

Or you try make your VF-700CU last a few weeks at 5v and then buy the new Zalman 900 that's coming out..

Will do that, the thought of the the blade just stuck on by a bit of glue is quite scary lol. Will invest a Zalman 900 when they hit the shelves.

Cheers ppl,
