Guys,

I have my superhub on virgin media providing my wifi for my house (i fine it stable and without issue and its also faster than my WRT54GL)

Connected to the ethernet port is my WRT54GL running Tomato which in turn then connects to another WRT54GL (in another location)

Superhub 192.168.0.1
WRT54GL1 192.168.1.1
WRT54GL2 192.168.1.2

GL1 and GL2 both connect to the internet without issues, they cannot however access any network shares or printers which are hung off the superhub.

I have tried changing the network on GL1/GL2to 192.168.0.2/3 and pointing the DNS/Gateway to 192.168.0.1 but does not want to play.

Any ideas? Its not hugely important as anything connected to GL1 and GL2 can see the outside world, but would be nice for them to be able to access network shares and printers.

Thanks

See if changing these settings help on your Tomato access points:

Basic > Internet > WAN > WAN / Internet - Type = Disabled
Advanced > Routing > Miscellaneous - Mode = Router

So your set-up is so that you have connectivity all around your house?
eg, Superhub, connects to GL1 through ethernet into another room which in turn the GL1 connects to the GL2 wirelessly allowing a full connection all over?

You could try and put the superhub into modem only mode and make GL1 the router. Then hang your devices from that?

Although I found that my old WRT54GL could not max out my 60meg connection when it was set-up like this.

Yup, exactly the issue I have.

Basically GL1 doesn't get used at all, but does provide the connection to GL2

Fasted I could get it to use was about 35mb on my 60mb vm

What i would do, is get rid of both GL1/2 and swap them for either a switch/repeater for internet throughout your house.. this way you cant get any issues with them talking to each other and should be able to access files/printers that hang off of your superhub.
