Superman or The Flash

I remember an issue of The Flash where he was watching a film (with his gf?) and time suddenly slowed down as he felt a bullet touch the back of his neck.

Turns out someone had opened fire in the cinema, and as the bullet touched him, his super-fast reactions kicked in. He then had to locate and stop all the bullets in a second, but the whole things plays out in super-slow motion with him moving at normal speed.

Was pretty cool.
 
Superman is as fast if not faster surely? Smallville I don't watch but I know Supes isn't quite as super because he is just a young man. The flash was an experiment or something wasn't it??

Both are equally bound by physics and speeds I guess but which is faster unsure.

Superman was able to turn back time in Superman2 so that has it's merrits.

OFC Supes as an overall hero wins everytime.
 
I'd say Flash is faster than Supes, as speed is kinda his thing. But Superman is superior overall in every possible way.

If you want a hard to call fight go for Supes Vs. Hulk.
 
The Flash is faster than Super Man.

As does Aqua Man swim faster.

But none of those guys can do everything else Super Man does.
 
Well superman can fly so say if it was one end of the city to the other end I would bet superman is faster even if the Flash top speed is faster.
 
The Flash also has more than just speed. He can used the speed force to time travel and also has self-molecular control.

All in all, The Flash is pretty badass. I'm not a huge Superman fan, mind you.
 
I met a guy whilst working at Royal Mail called Wayne Bruce.

And he's the biggest superman fan I've ever come across, it was a strange experience but he was a cool guy.

He explained to me how awesome superman was and what he can do but still admitted that the flash is faster.
