Supplements You Have & Why?

I've got through a bag of the rasberry flavoured impact whey. It was pretty nice actually, but I've gone for the smooth chocolate flavour this time.
 
Over the last 4 months I've been taking creatine, phd Synergy iso-7, usn Musclefuel STS and some bcaa's.
Creatine = heard of the benefits it gave, seemed to be working but it made me sweat a lot when ever I got warm (a lot more than normal) and also made me bloated.
Synergy iso-7 = heard a lot about this and I wanted a protein blend to add to my breakfast and pre gym meals, this had a strength stack in it so thought I'd give it a go.. made me extremely horny but I did feel quite energetic after having it.
Muscle fuel sts = well its got plenty of BCAA's in, good quality proteins and a decent amount of carbs, great in my eyes for a post workout shake and 1 scoop an hour before bed meant I didnt ache as much in the mornings.

off the creatine now and the synergy iso-7, but going to replace that with another low carb simple protein blend.
 
I went for choc and nut, I do love nuts so I hope it's good, also bought some glutamine.

My bank balance is crying since I just got some weights and stuff as well.
 
The only supplement I've ever used is Whey, haven't bought any for months though.

Edit: Oops, I have tried creatine but proved to have no additional benefits. Freefallers coffee and banana before workout tip has been most useful!

preworkout coffees definalty underated! take one of them before a lucozade or whatever any day :D

got omega 3 and whey protein, occasionaly have protein shake when am in need of a snack but can't be bothered to make scrambled egg. should always take omega 3 really as can't stand eating fish but i just not got into a routine and forget.
