Am looking for a reasonably basic bit of software or web-based application which will allow the 4 of us in the office to log support calls we receive from our customers.
At it's simplest, it'll be noting down what group/hospital (think company/department) they're calling from, plus their name/phone number/email, and we'll want to select from a list of pre-defined "reasons for call".
Some kind of reporting will be required, so we can say "we've had X calls from Y group" or "X calls from Z hospital".
I've found FreeHelpDesk which is pretty much what we're thinking of, but it only allows one "level" of department, which would make reporting on a Group of "departments" a little difficult, short of selecting each individual and adding the results together!
So, any alternative suggestions, please!?
