Support Ticket software/script

I'm after a piece of software to run on our website. Ideally the user should be able to submit a support request (or ticket) and we should be able to, in some way or another, respond to the request.

I'm not fussed about which language the script is written in. Databasing is available.

Any ideas?

osTicket is opensource and quite nice

I help develop an open-source one called SiT (http://sitracker.sourceforge.net) it might be a bit overkill for a simple support scenario though.
