Support Ticket Systems

Hi There

I am looking for a support ticket system that can do the following.

- Manage messages sent to multiple accounts, ie [email protected] and [email protected] etc
- Have the ability for us to add tickets manually, ie when a customer rings
- Add notes to the tickets
- Send repiles - must be logged.

Does any one know of a system that will do this and that doesnt require a dedicated linux server? Have looked at OTRS, but it looks like it needs a dedicated server, I need to be able to use it on our web hosting as we dont have an in house server at present.
