Are there any decent open source options out there or is it worth going down the commercial route? I dont have any experience of any support software so any info greatly appreciated.
Its for a retail shop and the tickets will mainly relate to delivery issues, outstanding issues and returns.

EDIT - Is it possible to have it associated with an email address, say info@, so that any emails sent to that address are automatically entered into the ticket system to be tracked through to completion?
