I have a Gigabyte A320M-H and looking to grab this kit: HX432C16PB3/16

However it's not on the Motherboard supported list, it should be fine right? I'm just over worrying I think. Currently have 16GB Corsair LPX 2133Mhz so looking for a little boost.

Don't see any reason why it wouldn't work, but with early Ryzen boards it is a good idea to update the BIOS for best compatibility.

Most 2133 memory (especially gaming memory) can be overclocked easily to at least 2666, often 3000+.

you haven't told us what CPU you have.
if it's a ryzen 1000 or 2000 series then you may struggle to run it at its full rated 3200mhz speed.
if it's a ryzen 3000 and above you'll most likely be fine

r5 2600, sorry.
if it's a ryzen 1000 or 2000 series then you may struggle to run it at its full rated 3200mhz speed.

Ryzen 1000 and 2000 series' memory controllers were relatively weak so the overclocking potential were limited for the majority of these individual chips
still if the price is right i would get the 3200mhz ram you linked. you can always upgrade the cpu later
if the ram does not work at 3200 just downclock it to 3000 and you should be fine
