Nomatter how you look at it he's still at a healthy weight and his head looks abnormally large.

No matter? Just look at the pictures, he IS NOT at a healthy weight there, he looks ill. When your head looks different from weightloss, "any way you look at it" it's wrong.

My guess is that you're basing off BMI, but this is a perfect example as to why BMI is at best, a rough guide line for average people.

I'm 9 stone and I don't work out and I eat normally

How tall are you? Anything over about 5'7 and you are underweight weighing only 9 stone. I used to weigh 9 stone and i am 5'10, i looked horrible and also used to think i ate normally. Now i weigh just under 12 stone and everybody says how much better i look.

Eating properly + Gym = Win.

I tried a liquid only diet (Guiness, water and berroca) for a week, just to proove I could do it.
Never again, it was horrible, I felt so ill.
