I have a spare Surface pro and I was considering attaching it to the front of my microwave.
Its just a useful space and I never watch the food spinning around inside it.
Would it be a bad idea?

I've considered the interference from the microwave to WiFi but the tablet would mostly be to show weather and news feeds.

Thoughts please.
Thanks.

Well thats the most bizarre question I've read in a while. :p

As has been mentioned, if the microwave effects it then it is probably faulty. It should be fine.

But how will you know when something is boiling over, or spitting everywhere making a mess?

watching the weather on your microwave.

The surface pro brings you to the 21st century in style.

'I DONT GIVE A **** IF ITS BOILING OVER WHATS THE HUMIDITY IN JEDDAH'

Op lives the life of dreams.

Why not put it in the microwave on the back side?
Microwaves only affect the middle. And that way seeing the weather will be more of a treat! Like opening the curtains only with that satisfying twang sound.

Just make sure it doesn't fall down!

All set up for the morning. Will stick it on and see how it goes.
Yes, I have a few spares. Trying to find a use for all the tablets to save them just taking up shelf space.
I only use the Kindle paperwhite these days but even with that I have returned to buying real books.
PC still used all the time but tablets have become dull.
Thanks for the comments. I love this site but mostly I lurk and read. Its nice to post sometimes.
Best of luck to everyone.
