Can it cope with photoshop. Thanks

Edit: yes it can but with certain conditions.

I also wouldn't recommend 128gb storage version, the space disappears fast with Windows!
Too late :( Saying that, I only intent to use it for moderate photoshop, Corel Painter and wordprocessing. Storing will be on an external drive so I hope it will suffice?

It's USB 3.0 and I asked the question about using an external drive for apps and games and generally it seems that it should run no problem, so maybe that's an option. As for SD Card, I've never thought about using the slow for extra storage, not sure how running apps from an SD card would be?

You can get varying different high speed versions. I don't know at what speed the interface operates at though? Presumably less than USB 3. To complicate matters you can get a combined USB 3 reader/writer that contains two to three USB 3 slots with two sdxc/sd slots.

Jesus that's insanity and I was reading at work how to remove to screen and it seems easy to crack, I'd probably get me someone to do it if I could

Fair enough if you're mainly working from a desk but replacing the internal SSD is a better permanent solution imo.
