Not on new discs and pads, they need to bed in and triggering abs will probably glaze the pads or worse warp the discs. Don't worry about them, the rust will come off and the brakes work.

And some pads come with instructions to hammer them a few times to bed them in, whereas some say just drive normally. Best check the booklet .
