A photo i took last week in the Azores. It was about 2 meters away at that point and came in to about 50cm away.

But that's because more people live in areas with malaria than in shallow water, so it's an unfair comparison.
That must have been such a buzz! Even just seeing a few reef sharks in the past was incredible.![]()
Fascinating creatures. I am not a big fan of he sea (being in it) but love everything about it.
However if I do go into the sea I much prefer to be floating in it than touching the sea bed. Weird I know.
go to Fiji next time, you can see hundreds of them on a single dive
