Hiya, Need a bit of advice. I come back from a Xmas break hoping to play the new COD and it appears my receiver is having problems (which as bad as it sounds, is ruining my gaming).
It’s started with the center speaker working only. Spent a good few hours playing around. Resetting the receiver etc.. If I put in on direct mode the two front speakers do work. After a bit more poking around I have discovered that every so often the surround does kick in. Simply changing the mode from cinema to music, sometimes it work sometime it doesn’t. It almost like the Dolby decoder is sick. Lose conection inside the unit?
Anyone every come across this before? Should i be looking at a new receiver? I’m thinking of redoing all the cables but with the problem I’ve got i don’t think this will help
