Sushi Kit/Lessons

Hey guys,

My girlfriend is crazy addicted to sushi. I'm thinking of buying her a sushi kit or lessons. Does anyone have any suggestions for things they've tried or bought in the past?

We have a cooking school nearby and we went there on a hen do and made sushi.

Till then I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole... then I found out that its not ALL raw fish.

Supermarket have kits and books. At least Sainsbury's and Tesco do.

Well, by kit I mean they sell constiuent parts.

You only need:

Bamboo Mat

And
Short-grain Rice
Nori
Rice Vinegar
Sushi Vinegar

And
Pickled Ginger
Spicy Wasabi Horseradish
Dark Soy Sauce

And
Obviously fish etc.
