RIP Sven, Germany 1 - England 5 can never be unwritten, his team were far more exciting to watch than any of the turd Southgate served up (despite him not getting the team as far)
 
Literally just watched his documentary yesterday with the missus. He seemed like a genuinely nice person with a problem of not being able to resist the ladies being his only downfall.

Cancer does suck but 76 isn't that bad an innings and he must have lived a very fulfilling life.

When you look back at his legacy I think it was more being unlucky with the squad than him being not good enough. He had major injuries with a lot of key players in major tournaments. I look back at his tenure a lot more fondly than that of Southgate.
