Hopefully they'll put the sequel to Outcast on steam too. Never played it when it came out.

Republic Commando is brill, fantastic atmosphere and some really frantic firefights.

There are a lot of mods already out for KOTOR 2, but you have to be careful. One I installed gave me massively overpowered items about 10 minutes into the game, and the english in the accompanying datapads was really, and I mean REALLY bad. Real immersion breaker.

I wouldn't mind, but this was one of a list of recommended mods on the lucasarts forums.

None of the mods are on the scale of what team gizka were attempting, unfortunately.

I've never actually modded the game or added anything to it although I did download the high def music and videos.

I think if some of us are going to start playing this again (me included), if someone with some experience could create a new thread with the best/secure mods to use with this game to enhance the gaming experience

The Droid Planet mod looks good - big chuck of the game missing right there.

Think it's called M4-78.

There's also a Jedi Temple mod that seems it would add a lot to the game as well.

There's TSLCR that plan to restore content on the same scale (and even stuff like Atris as Darth Traya), but I don't know exactly far along they are.

Well im inside the starforge with no crashes or anything so im very happy

Ill finish the game tomorrow, and then ill just have to wait till aion begins

well 20hrs 18mins i have finished the game as the darkside with no crashes or any other problems. I love this game it must have been the fifth time ive completed it now

i might start again, and do lightside, but then again ive got the following games to start/finish:
aion (20th sept)
mini ninjas
dragon age (3rd nov)
batman arkham asylum (18th sept)

So maybe next year then
