Swallowed a fly cyling to work

Serves him right the crazy little beast.

I was going downhill on a nice street when suddenly something hit the back of my thoat. And then it was gone. Lungs or digestive system?

Now I'm sat at work coughing with a mad irritation at the back of my throat, I don't know if I'm imagining it from the fly-trauma or if he is causing me to suffer. I feel like going to throw up and see if I can force the little beast out.

Success. I think I just forced him out (through coughing).

He doesn't look too good. He's smaller than I would have thought too from the impact on the throat.

Update.

Throat still feels irritated, like I need to cough something up. But the fly is gone now.
