Swapping NV gpu's, need to re install drivers?

I am going to swap my NV GPU's around to do some tests, will I be able to get away without re installing drivers since they're both NV GPU's?

I belive that Nv use the same drivers across the board for all thier current GPUs
 
You might get away with it but I doubt it

I had to re-install drivers when going from GTX280 to another GTX280
