Quite like them raw, usually eat a lot of it when peeling, before it hits the pan!

Wedges or literally just bung it in the oven and bake it, they are epic either way <3 sweet potatoes

Boil them up, let them cool, cut them into wedges and roast in a VERY hot oven with olive oil, sat, pepper and a few chilli flakes.

Wedges/chips are a great idea, secondly would be a sweet potato curry.

Some great ideas, thanks everyone.
Well we had them as roasties, but our oven can be quite fierce at high temperatures and they were perhaps a bit more caramelised than desired at the corners. I'm not a convert to sweet potato's over regular ones as yet, but I'm not put off giving them another chance.

I could give up regular potatoes in a second. In fact I can count on one hand the number of times a month I have regular potatoes.

Thinly sliced and roasted or shallow fried. Basically turn them into sweet potato crisps.
