How the hell do you control something that is travelling at 280mph using nothing more than a remote control?

I wonder if it has some sort of "fly-by-wire" computer onboard? As I should imagine that the slightest change of wind speed would seriously screw up your control over the plane...

I'm going to guess at it being from a squadron which flew from the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier . Very cool though, I want one...
